Quick Update

Hi guys!

Just a quick update to let you all know what I've been up to.
Mostly just some school stuff.

This piece below is my midterm from my Mapping for Games class. We had to replicate a process that our teacher found on Polycount (click here to view the thread).

Although the assets for the environment came from UDK, the house itself is made up of my own assets:
I made both the textures and the house parts in Zbrush, and the low-polys in Max. 
If time allows, I will continue to work on this house. :) There's still a lot of tweaking I need to do.

I'm working on our main character:

Recreating a Gears of War asset (repost)

(The original post was actually from February of 2011).

For my Game Modeling class, we were told to recreate this pillar from Gears of War:

This was probably our biggest project so far...
We had about two weeks to do it.


Here's my version of it:

This is the high-poly version. 
I used Zbrush and 3dsMax.
(This was just an exercise. I don't intend to use this for anything but practice~)
